Bardstown, Kentucky: the oldest bar in Kentucky - The Old Talbott Tavern

Greg makes his first YouTube debut: Chef Deenos Bourbon Review
The Old Talbots was built in 1779. There has been a long procession of statesmen, soldiers, adventurers, artists, and rulers through their doors, to name a few: Andrew Jackson, Henry Harrison,General George Rodgers Clark, during King Louis Phillippe’s exile, he, his two brothers, and other members, desiring to see the New World, arrived at Tavern on October 17, 1797, bullet holes left behind by Jesse James, Abraham Lincoln, at the age 5, stayed at the Tavern with his parents.
This is a large space with a restaurant and a gift shop. Loaded with character.
Louisville: Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse & Raw Bar (1869)

Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse & Raw Bar was established in 1869. This was actually our first stop in our Kentucky, birthday bourbon bar crawl! Met some family for a bite and sip of bourbon. Food was good, bourbon was better, but a great place to kick off a wonderful celebration!
